We pay for all maintenance of the property if anything goes wrong. You just sit back and collect your guaranteed monthly amount.
It is guaranteed for the fixed term agreement you have agreed with The Facility Group which could be either 2½ or 5½ year fixed. At the end of which you can renew or withdraw your initial investment. At this point you will no longer get your guaranteed amount per month.
Once we have completed the purchase of the property and receive our first months rental payment then your fixed term agreement will commence and you will start to receive your guaranteed monthly amount. This can take on average between 12-15 weeks to complete and rent the property out.
You give us the funds before we proceed with the purchase of the property and then once purchased, we will let the property out.
We own the property and you the client will recieve your income from your agreed guaranteed amount of your investment through our company annually or monthly.
